If you wish to see only certain specific information about yourself, for example, a particular examination report, please describe this below in as much detail as possible, providing identifying information including dates. Please also complete the search table criteria as required. In the interests of minimizing administration and timescales it would be helpful if you could identify below the specific areas you are interested in. This is not compulsory and you can request everything but this may lead to a complex search and delay the delivery of the results.

If you would like a more general search, please note that in the case of students and members of staff, the Academy will automatically search the complete table of data areas (as above) for personal data relating to you / the Data Subject:

The Collection of SAR data is to be from the school reception.

We will notify you when this collection can take place and the data is ready

Proof of ID such as a passport or driving licence will be required upon collection

If other method(s) are required for the transfer of SAR data, further secure measures will be required
